Dr. Walter Barr

Meet Dr. Walter Barr, Doctor of Chiropractic, member of California Chiropractors Association and International Chiropractors Association of California. Dr. Barr is a doctor with the goal of making you healthy and pain free, naturally. Because he understands that chronic pain and health problems need various treatments, Dr. Barr is always researching, attending courses and sharing information with other professionals.

Originally a veterinary science major, he became interested in Natural Health Care which led to him becoming a Chiropractor. His education includes a B.S. in Veterinary Science from Colorado State University (1971), Summa cun Laude at Palmer College of Chiropractic (1990), Applied Kinesiology 100 hour course (1990), Neural Organizational Technique 20 hours (1990), Total Body Modification 40 hours (1990), Contact Reflex Analysis and Designed Clinical Nutrition 8 hours each (1991, 1992, 1994, 1995, 1997), The Definitive Disc Seminar 15 hours (1996) Low Impact Injuries, Permanent Soft Tissue Injuries, Post Concussion Syndrome and other related Neurologic and Orthopaedic topics for 160 hours (1997, 1998, 1999), California Basic Workers’ Compensation 12 hours (2000).

Dr. Anne-Carole Rector

Meet Dr. Anne-Carole Foucteau-Rector, Doctor of Chiropractic and massage therapist. Dr. Foucteau-Rector has been a Chiropractor for over 17 years and has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice and home visits. Throughout her career Dr. Foucteau-Rector has had an active interest in gentle manipulation techniques; Morphogenic Field Technique, women’s health, aromatherapy, deep tissue massage and Tui-Na. She believes in the need for patients to be involved in their own healing.

Dr. Foucteau-Rector earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City, MO campus and her Chiropractic license from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College, Albany, NY. She is also a licensed massage therapist and a certified medical examiner listed on the Department of Transportation’s national registry.
